Perseverance, Longsuffering and Endurance – an important element of our life...
We are supposed to be constant in particular activities. What are they?
1) Acts 1/14: They all joined together constantly in prayer... (NIV)
2) Acts 2:42: And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.(NKJV)
3) Acts 20/2: Now when he had gone over that region and encouraged them with many words, he came to Greece (NKJV)
4) Eph. 6/18: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints (NKJV)
5) Psalm 71/14: But I will hope continually, And will praise You yet more and more. (NKJV)
Hebrew 10/36-37: For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise: “ For yet a little while, And He who is coming will come and will not tarry.(NKJV)
God has a plan for each one of us. He has prepared future for us. I want to fulfil God’s will in my life and I want to reach the best in my life, that which He has prepared – what has been promised. This is connected with timing. There isn’t much time left before our Lord Jesus Christ comes back. How do you spend this short time? Meaningfully? We do not know the exact time of the coming of Jesus, but for sure you don’t want Jesus to come and see you playing computer games or doing something else typical for this present world. How would you feel when He would look at you? Would you tell Him that He came at a wrong time? That you haven’t won the game yet?
Even our schoolmates are interested in the way how we spend our time. They observe whether or not we do the same things as they do or if we are different. Don’t forget that you bear testimony around you even by the way you behave. Of course you know that not everything you do is beneficial. (1st Corinthians 10/23). Think about that. Whom do you spend your free time with? Which company are you usually in? Bad company corrupts good character (1st Cor. 15/33). People around you influence you and you influence them as well. You should influence them in good things and don’t be conformed to them. (Romans 12:2) It is very important not to grow weary in well doing. (Revelation 2:3) Because if we fall asleep for a little while, stop and grow weary then we may miss the will of God. You won’t go to hell because you didn’t pray one time, but maybe at that time someone needed your prayer and much more you lost wonderful time with God. Caution – this may become tradition and you may loose your time with God completely. The opposite of being weary is to reap the fruit. If you don’t fall asleep, you will bear fruits. And as you will grow in the Lord the fruit will multiply!!! (Revelation 2/19)
Colossians 1/10: That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; (NKJV)
If you work for the Lord, you will be filled with joy and desce to do more for God.
Finally read this:
2nd Corinthians 6: 4-10: Rather, as servants of God we commend
ourselves in every way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses;5in beatings, imprisonments and riots; in hard work, sleepless nights and hunger;6in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love;7in truthful speech and in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left;8through glory and dishonor, bad report and good report; genuine, yet regarded as impostors;9known, yet regarded as unknown; dying, and yet we live on; beaten, and yet not killed;10sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.
Therefore have great endurance in all things, do not waste your free time and don't grow weary because the time is short…
God bless You.

Highway Builders
„Go through, go through the gates! Prepare the way for the people; build up, build up the highway! Take out the stones, lift up a banner for the peoples!“ Iz 62/10 (NKJV)
We are highway builders. So, take your spiritual shovel :-) and start digging. The job is hard but the goal is the greatest reward - the kingdom of God. As you probably know, highways and roads are not built just for the builders themselves. We prepare the way even for others. And if you are not familiar with the shovel take a different instrument but go ahead and build the highway! One person can't build it alone. And as well we can't build it together if everyone is engaged in the same activity. It wouldn't make sense. All of us should implement each other, be of one mind. We should be connected to Christ to find out how we can prosper in this building work.
Precious Reward
„You shall also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God. “ Iz 62/3(NKJV)
Is God calling you somewhere else?
Maybe you know what you are supposed to do, however there are still not enough
people to help you. Therefore God sends you to do a different building activity. Simply, no one else will do it, so it's up to you. You don't have to be afraid because the Lord doesn't guide you into things you won't manage. He will prepare you and equip you.
So, hurry up, start working :-)
Worker
There will never be enough workers. The Lord needs you because you are dear and precious. You have a unique task here on the Earth. We all do. Believe that there are powerful things happening in the spiritual realm when you pray and when you do a will of our Father in heaven. God loves His faithful ones and He will reward them openly.
Last Days
„Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it. “ Iz 2/2 (NKJV)
Hebrews 12:1
Therefore, we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin, which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, (NKJV)
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. (NIV)
Therefore then, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who have borne testimony to the Truth], let us strip off and throw aside every encumbrance (unnecessary weight) and that sin which so readily (deftly and cleverly) clings to and entangles us, and let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us. ( Amplified Bible )
We are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses:
Since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses (NIV)
Since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who have borne testimony to the Truth], (Amplified Bible)
It is not just few people, who have been watching and observing us. It is not just your neighbour, your classmate, co-worker or relative – it is such a great cloud of witnesses, an extremely great number. Let this be on our mind constantly.
Let us throw off everything that binds us:
Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin, which so easily ensnares us, (NKJV)
Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, (NIV)
God wants us to lay aside every weight and sin; he wants us to throw off everything that could distract us. He will take care of us. We must trust Him. He wants us to focus on Him and on His work. We have to pay our full attention to Him. How can he speak to us, when we do not listen to Him or we do not pay attention to His word? Learn to listen to Him.
Run the race:
And let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, (NKJV)
Let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us, (Amplified Bible)
God wants us to run – it does not mean to go for a walk. We are appointed to run the race. You are appointed to run the race, because THE RACE IS APPOINTED TO YOU. Have ENDURANCE. Jesus is our strength. We run the race, so let us run as victors, because that is what we are.
God bless you
Ester
Isaiah 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (KJV)
Have you ever planned your future depending on people around you? It is fantastic when such plans come true but what if they are dependent on someone who finally abandons you? It can cause your world and dreams to crumble.
You are not the only person who knows what this is all about. Even though disciples of Jesus themselves walked with Him and witnessed to His greatest miracles, still they were not able to comprehend how will the Kingdom of God be established. Everything accelerated when they were arguing about their positions in the new empire. Who is going to sit at Jesus’ right hand and His left hand?
Jesus preached the Good News about the Kingdom of Heaven, which His disciples understood only in earthly terms. In their interpretation of a spiritual kingdom they were not able to comprehend the eternity in time and infinity in space.
Even our own concept of the Kingdom of Heaven can differ and can be limited in time and space. God wants to move us to a different level. Therefore He needs us to loose our limited imaginations.
Jesus’ death broke disciples’ hearts namely because their plans lost sense without Jesus as the King-to-come on earthly throne. With Jesus their future died as well as the dreams they had. Without Him their lives lost their meaning.
Even our imaginations have to die many times for God to be able to move in His own way. With Jesus they buried their own imaginations and ways but after His resurrection they were finally able to comprehend the depth and power of His words. They understood a new dimension of the Heavenly Kingdom.
